Introduction of Φ127 used welded pipe unit manufactured by the Germany

①The original German origin equipment includes uncoiler , forming welding and sizing machine.

②The unit has no butt welding machine and material storage equipment, and the operation mode of manual cutting head and welding is adopted when making pipes;

③ Solid-state High-frequency welder: 300KW Sanyi Tianxing and Sifang Sanyi ;

④The unit has straightening and a water tank, which is convenient for straightening welded pipes and cooling welded pipes;

⑤The unit is equipped with 300KW solid-state high frequency and 2 speed control cabinets of 90KW, as well as a set  computer flying saw (mechanical + electronic control) + drag roller behind the flying saw, and the flying saw power is enough to 560KV/A.

Working flow:

Raw material（Steel coil）→ Uncoiling → Material accumulating → Non-power leveling → Mill-forming → High-frequency welding → Removing burrs outside of weld seam → Cooling → Sizing → Roughly straightening → Fixed length cutting → Run-out table
